Of Course! This event is family friendly! Children 14 years old and under are free with ticket paying adults – little ones can even take part in many of the fitness classes – just check with those hosting the workshops as waiver forms will need to be signed.

What is parking like at the venue?
There are a number of secure inexpensive car parking options available for visitors to the Manchester Central Convention Complex nearby. Pay & Display onsite car parking is also available with accessible spaces and open 24 hrs a day.
